Now, for those of you who want a bit more about the author with a small “a.” John Eldredge is an author and teacher who lives in Colorado Springs. He’s been married to his wife, Stasi, for twenty-one years, and together they have three sons. John’s other books include The Sacred Romance (with Brent Curtis), The Journey of Desire, Wild at Heart, Waking the Dead, and Captivating (with his wife Stasi).

John was a counselor in private practice for several years before he left that to start Ransomed Heart Ministries, a fellowship devoted to helping restore men and women as the intimate allies of God.
